Proper nutrition is the pathway to good health. Food is medicine, but exercise and the Word of God also heals and brings good health.
Food is Medicine
The liver and the kidneys work together to detoxify the body.
What foods can you eat to naturally enhance the detoxification of these two organs?

To detoxify and support the liver:
Garlic , turmeric, beets, mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil and
cruciferous vegetables like brocolli, cabbage and
brussel sprouts.
​
To support the kidneys:
Cruciferous vegetables, garlic, turmeric, asparagus, celery, parsley, blueberries and green tea.
Exercise is Medicine
Chronic diseases such as hypertension, cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis and back pain can be improved through regular physical activity. The center for disease control recommends everyone that can move their bodies 150 minutes per week. That's 30 minutes five times a week.
Exercise is also very effective to help manage stress which can wreck havoc on the body.
The Word of God is Medicine

Raspberry Whole Lemon Lemonade
A Vitamin C powerhouse.
​
Ingredients:
1 whole lemon, peeled and sectioned
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp of Whole Earth Plant-based sugar alternative
5 drops of Liquid stevia
1 cup water
1 cup of ice
​
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into blender.
Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
Enjoy!
