The Salad Lady Makes Her Own Dressing
Dawn Slade, aka The Salad Lady, was in search of the healthiest and best salad dressing to pair with her signature cruciferous salad, which she made with kale and arugula. But she couldn’t find anything on the supermarket shelves. Every bottle she picked up had refined seed oils such as soybean oil, canola oil, corn oil, or sunflower oil—along with additives, preservatives, and added sugar.

The Salad Lady decided to make her own salad dressing using a healthy oil like olive oil or avocado oil free from preservatives, additives, or added sugar.

Dawn’s So So Superb Salad Dressing was born.
The Salad Lady used Dawn’s So So Superb Salad Dressing, made with pure, simple ingredients, exclusively on all her signature salads that she made at home and shared with family members and friends.

Additionally, she introduced the salad dressing to participants of Nuts About Health, Inc.’s “Salad Anyone” Workshop Series. During the workshops, participants learned how to make The Salad Lady’s signature salad, which was then tossed with Dawn’s So So Superb Salad Dressing.
Everybody raved about the deliciousness of the salad dressing. Her brother, Reginald A. Slade, told her, “This salad dressing is so good, you should sell it.”
